A surprising number of national legal precedents come out of Connecticut. It seems much of Connecticut Government was based on keeping the poor and minorities in their place. Although the KKK could have had a great influence in the past, the method government is corrupted from the inside has not changed much. There is a federal law that addresses this type of criminal state government and should be used to fix Connecticut for a better America.

Insiders know how to exchange favors with suggestions. Conversations can be recorded and overheard, and there is little chance of prosecutions, even when arranging a murder-for-hire. Tips for business and insider trading, campaign contributions, and retaliation is all part of the game. Jewish, Irish, Italian, and other ethic Mafias might see their grandchildren all sit at the same soccer game watching children play. They might intermarry. The old lines are blurred. Hypothetically, a granddaughter of a Grand Wizard can now be married to a Judge with Jewish lineage.

"I don't like that guy", can be all it takes to get a citizen killed, beaten up, or railroaded to prison if it is said by a judge, police officer, official, or one of their connected friends. There is an "understanding", which is the new Mafia, a loosely affiliated collection of goons and their handlers.

Please investigate Connecticut Superior Court Judge Jonathan J. Kaplan for perjury in his Feb. 17, 2010 appearance at his re-appointment hearing at the Capitol in Hartford, Connecticut. Please look into legislators for the crime of obstruction of justice and Misprision of felony. Please look into the State of Connecticut as a corrupt organization.

It should raise red flags when a state's Judiciary Committee, legislators who are mostly lawyers, almost unanimously re-appoint a judge who fails in a case were a rapist of a three year old gets no prison and doesn't have to register as a sex offender, sentences a father, home and business owner, to a year in prison so he lose his daughter, business, and home, all for resisting being mugged on his own property!

Should police be able to abduct citizens while wearing ski masks to torture them in abandoned waterfront warehouses? Well, if there was no investigations of this type of gross police misconduct and brutality in the State of Connecticut, it has only gotten worse.

Former Norwalk, Connecticut, Mayor William "Bill" Collins talks about police officers abducting citizens while wearing ski masks to beat the suspects at abandoned waterfront warehouses.

Police were showing citizens and elected officials who was really in charge.

Bill Collins testified in front of Judiciary Committee member legislators at the Hartford Capitol. The hearing took place Dec. 1996. Ritt Goldstein had assembled international experts on Civilian Oversight of Police to testify. Ritt Goldstein was then so terrorized by police he fled to Sweden seeking political asylum. It has only gotten worse in Connecticut, and America, since then. I, Steven G. Erickson, proposed Civilian Oversight of Police to State Senators Tony Guglielmo and John A. Kissel, and former Rep. Mordasky. I was then railroaded to prison for resisting being mugged and terrorized out of the state by police.
